After Hours Emergency: (780) 818-3274

*In the event of an afterhour’s emergency, please call the appropriate utility company or trade. In the event that an afterhour’s emergency has been reported directly to a tradesperson, homeowner(s) must notify Homexx Corporation the next business day. Emergency includes situations such as:

  • Total loss of heat
  • Total loss of electricity (Check with your utility company before reporting this circumstance to Homexx or the electrician)
  • Total loss of water (Check with the water department to be certain the problem is not a general outage in the area)
  • Plumbing lead that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
  • Gas lead (Contact your utility company or plumber if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines)
